Meeting Structure

For project management tasks concerning the entire partnership, three plenary meetings have been planned. Apart from the kickoff
meeting, the other two plenary meetings will mainly cover work-package aspects (development phase, dissemination,
exploitation issues) but there will also be space for treating project management issues as well. In addition, two developer
workshops will be organized at the beginning of the development activities and during the validation phase.
The tentative schedule will be as follows:

Kickoff meeting
Agenda: Introduction of partners, presentation of the project, allocation of tasks, consortium agreement, code of conduct,
administrative issues, financial issues. Participants: Project managers from each partner

Developer Workshop 1
Agenda: discussion of the result from the needs analysis and country report, decision of details of the development contents,
discussion and preparation of the e-learning platform.
Participants: members of the development team

Midterm plenary meeting
Agenda: presentation of the state of the project and of the draft outcomes (Work 4.0 Awareness Guidelines and Resource Pack),
preparation of the progress report, update of dissemination and valorisation activities, mid-term evaluation.
Participants: Project managers from each partner and members of the development team

Developer Workshop 2
Agenda: presentation and discussion of the validation results, localization and country-specific adaptation of the final versions of the
products.
Participants: members of the development team

Final meeting
Agenda: presentation of the state of the project and of the final outcomes, preparation of the final report, update of dissemination
and valorisation activities, exploitation possibilities, future collaboration, final evaluation.
Participants: project managers from each partner and members of the development team
